Citycell ZOOM using CDMA2000 1X
Citycell is providing their internet service using CDMA2000 1X which is based on CDMA technology. CDMA technology is comparatively better than GSM, it has a stable connectivity with good average speed. Althogh EDGE from GSM family provides more speed theoretically, in real scenario it does not prove that.

ReplyDeleteNow Citycell is giving a new tariff 2gb for tk 450 only and 5gb for tk 700 only. You can use it anywhere as it is wireless. just check that you are network coverage. And for further information please 01816 423 151. Dont hesitate.

ReplyDeletei m a citycell zoom user. i face some problem as like internet connection.connection is always fall up-down. Its happend when i connect the zoom in my pc then after 5min its disconnect. again and again.please give me some instruction, how can i solved my problem.thanks.

ReplyDelete1. the issue that u r facing could happen because of network status in the area/room from where u r getting connected. if you have a cdma mobile, then check the network status there and also whether it gets up-down
2. if u have any antenna with your modem device, pull it up
3. check for start-up applications on your machine, recent most of these kind of apps connects to internet asa a connection established and occupies most of bandwidth. run msconfig and see the list and disable all those which are not required to be run during start-up
4. check for viruses or os fixes, update your os
most of the connection issue with physical network status, less with software (os, device driver etc). need to figure that out first.

I'm using both kind of net connection. But the problem is very simple. My question to you (CITYCELL), why your net connection is too slow than the Broad Band connection. Hope to be the graetest worrior of Net Connection in Bangladesh

zoom u can use, but not ultra, ultra is only available at some places in dhaka.

I have a citycell CDMA data zoom.I am a Lab Assistent at Audio-Visual Language Lab.When I start Citycell zoom ,sometimes after few minutes The server P.C message"Windows (win2000) its suting down 30 sec". Then sever P.C automatically shut down after 30 sec. please solve this problim as soon as posible.

Try to reduce prepaid tariff to hold existing consumer and potential customer; where customers checking unlimited connection with high speed @a cheap rate and get also these from others sources competitively than Zoom Ultra. Although Zoom Ultra is a speedy connection but it should set up it charges accordingly market and customers desired.

If you want high speed and cheap rates then its better to use citycell ZOOM ULTRA ...its average speed is about 16kb...plz dont use GP internet coz its so slow and they cheat wityh people...there unlimited internet is not unlimited ..its only 5GB ..SO IF WANT TO GET GOOD SERVICE THEN PLZ USE ZOOM ULTRA...i use zoom so i know.

ReplyDeleteI activated Ultra 8 plan, which is a UNLIMITED plan from 0100 to 0900 and they cut all my balance repeatedly although I didn't use the service other than that period!
Also, they say it UNLIMITED plan and PREPAID, but they won't let you connect unless you have SOME balance, and your balance will be empty as a result, even if you don't use the service other than the specified period.
